Gosai & Associates is a Gurugram-based labour-law and compliance practice, established in 1997. We serve factories, contractors, shops & establishments and service companies in ESI, PF, wages, payroll, Bonus Act, Factory Act, contractor licensing and labour-department matters. Most compliance vendors file what you hand them; we start earlier — by establishing which enactments actually apply to each of your locations, and end later — by standing beside you when a department raises a question.


Our senior consultants have handled 7A assessments, ESIC recovery proceedings, factory inspectorate visits and conciliation before labour authorities. That experience shapes how we maintain your records on the quiet months: everything is kept the way an inspector will one day ask to see it.
